TelePro is family-owned and owner-led, with a leadership team built from the field up. Long-tenured crews, direct executive access, and fast decisions have defined how we operate for more than 25 years.

TelePro was founded in the Rio Grande Valley more than 25 years ago by Jorge Rodriguez, Sr., who continues to serve as President. The standards he built the company on, craftsmanship, accountability, and relationships that outlast projects, still define how TelePro delivers today.

The family legacy continues, and his sons remain active in TelePro's continued growth: Jesse Rodriguez serves as Chief Executive Officer, and Jorge Rodriguez, Jr. as General Manager of the San Antonio Area Office. Jorge Sr.'s brother, Frank Rodriguez, leads the Dallas Area Office from Richardson's Telecom Corridor.
